Tasks / Responsibilities
• Able to prepare and cook dishes as per company recipes and standards
• Keep food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Responsible for cleanliness and organizing the assigned stores/s
• Compliance with HACCP requirements and labelling
• Taking part of crew and kitchen loading
• Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor, e.g., luggage service, loading, and
garbage off-loading
• Participate in all safety drills
• Specialty chef in charge of cold food items and storage
• Fully responsible for breakfast buffet
• Ensuring that the buffet is always prepared in time and remains well-stocked (cold cuts,
cheese, pastries, cut fruits, cut vegetables, etc.)
• If applicable, preparation of buffet for early departures
• In full-service establishments, breakfast chef receives orders from guests in the restaurant,
prepare egg products on live Station

Requirements
• A completed apprenticeship or specialized training in hospitality is required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Professional experience in 4* or 5* operations hotel or cruise ships is an advantage
• Ability to cook in one station independently
• Able to adapt to the daily changes on menu
• Active assistance of preparing daily meals
• At least basic knowledge about HACCP standards
• Familiar with a multicultural working environment
• Familiar with travelling in Europe independently
• Minimum strong basic English or German language skills
